WELCOME TO THE UNIVERSITY OF CANTABRIA APPLICATION ONLINE FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS
 Full academic year or first semester: 30th of June
Second semester: 30th of November.
Exchange students seeking for regular courses and courses in English at the University of Cantabria in the framework of any of the following exchange programs: ERASMUS, Bilateral Agreements with the USA and Australia and Bilateral Agreements with Latin American universities.

Instructions for the application procedure |
Complete all the fields with the information required on each screen. Should a compulsory field not be completed, a message with its name in red will appear as a reminder.
Move forward and backward either clicking on the button at the end of each page or on the corresponding section included on the menu on the left.
Once all the data are introduced click on the "Submit" button.
At the end of the process you will be shown a slip to print. A PDF file containing the Learning Agreement showing the courses previously chosen will be sent to your e-mail address. This form must be approved and signed by your coordinators at your home institution.
Please print TWO COPIES of this slip. It is essential to send by mail one of them duly signed to the International Relations Office on time and in due form.

together with the following documents:
- Learning Agreement (L.A.), duly signed and stamped.
- ERASMUS or exchange student certificate issued by your home university.
- Photocopy of valid passport or identity card.
- Two original passport photos.
- Photocopy of European Health Insurance Card or private insurance, valid for the whole stay at the UC.
Students from outside the European Union should also submit at their arrival
-Passport photocopy with student visa (for stays superior to 90 days) valid for the whole stay at the UC.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Formal admission will not be official until reception of a paper copy of the required documents at the IRO and the LA is approved by the Departmental Coordinator at the UC. For confirmation, an admission letter will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

When clicking on "Start the application" another window of your browser will pop up. Should you have a popup blocker, like Google's, you will need to disable it.
In case you need to go forward or backward, please utilize the buttons included on the application online screens, do not click on the "back" and "forward" buttons of your browser. At the end of the session, you will be sent a confirmation message and a PDF file (Learning Agreement).
