The University Ombudsman’s Office undertakes actions of various kinds:

 

Complaints or claims

We carry out a study of the complaints we receive, seeking solutions for them from different University bodies and services. Presentation and procedure for complaints

 

Consultations

We offer consultations of different kinds related with any university matter. Procedure for consultations.

 

Mediations

We act in mediations or conciliations whenever we are requested to by all parties involved in a problem.

 

Reports

We issue reports when we are requested to by a University governing or administrative body.

 

Suggestions and recommendations

As a result of our acting in a claim or a consultation, we can make suggestions and recommendations at the request of the University in order to redress any deficiences observed.
